And here's my project.  My Grandmother used to make my her children homemade chocolate eggs with different flavors of creme inside.  My Aunt has the recipe written by my Grandmother.  She scanned the recipe and emailed it to me.  I plan to add a typed copy of the recipe to this page on the yellow label, but there will be a "pocket" that holds a copy of the scanned recipe.

Hope you like it!  Now go to Exploring Cricut and enter you project in the challenge!  An awesome giveaway this week!  Until next time...

Exploring Cricut - Show Business

Uploaded from the Photobucket iPhone App

For this challenge, we were to create a project with a focus of: movie night, a play, a recital, a concert, or any type of entoertainment.
I plan on taking my 13 y/o DS and my twin 13 y/o nephews to see the new Ghost Rider movie next weekend, so I thought I'd make this my project theme.
I used several Cricut cartridges: Dude, Lovely Labels, Happy Hauntings, Indie Art, and George & Basic Shapes.

It's my turn to post a project at Sheila's awesome blog, "She's A Sassy Lady!" My 19 y/o DD asked me to make her a few "Thank you" cards, so I thought I'd make that my project to share with you all today.

A 5 1/2 x 11 piece of Stampin' Up! Soft Suede folded in half makes the card base.

Here is the first layer.  A 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Stampin' Up! Lucky Limeade with a 5 x 3 3/4 piece of Stampin' Up! Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper layered on top of the Lucky Limeade.

Everyday Enchantment

Uploaded from the Photobucket iPhone App

Hey ya'll! Here's a card I made for my project over at Sheila's awesome blog, She's a Sassy Lady, using the new Everyday Enchantment designer series paper from the upcoming Sale-a-bration catalog! The card is a regular A2 size.  I used SU Pool Party, Peach Parfait, Lucky Limeade, and Very Vanilla cardstock.  The flower stamp and the punch I used to to cut it out is from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini catalog.  The stamp set is: Mixed Bunch and the punch is: Blossom.  I used SU Poppy Parade classic ink for the flower and popped it up with Stampin' dimensionals.  The ribbon is some I had in my stash, from Hobby Lobby, I think.
No cricut, but I hope you like my card anyway.  I made this with my small group of ladies who meet every month.  I'm posting their cards as well!
